Adjustable Wood Railing Handrail Pipe Support for Staircase, Stairs
Features.
1. This design is used as handrail - wall / post connectors. Material is in SS304 (V2A) or SS316 (V4A). Surface could be brushed(satin) or polished(mirror) according to requirements. Available top saddle is 33.7mm, 38.1mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm or 50.8mm.The base could be flat or round for 33.7mm, 38.1mm, 42.4mm, 48.3mm or 50.8mm. Customized dimensions are welcomed too.
General lead time is 35-45days according to order quantity. Usual packing is bag + inner box + carton + pallet outside. Delivery term coud FOB, CIF, CFR, DDU, DAP according to needs. The departure port is Qingdao or according to needs. Our payment term is T/T30% as deposit, 70% payed according to Bill of Lading.

Material types.
304 is the basic chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel and has been found suitable for a wide range of applications. It is the most readily available in a variery of prodcut forms. This grade is easy to form and fabricate with excellent resistance to corrosion.
316 offers more corrosion-resistance through the addition of molybdunum. This grade is desirable where the possibility of severe corrosion exists, such as heavy industrial atmospheres and marine environments.
316L is the low carbon version of 316.

Application.
This handrail - baluster / wall bracket can be used as pipe support in both stainless steel railings or wood handrails as pipe supporter. AISI304 ones are for interior designs, AISI316 and AISI316L ones are used in exterior designs. They can work well in stainless steel stairs, staircases, balcony, terrace, deck, ect.
